Lost your key

• It's in your customer portal. Sign in with the email you paid with.

New Mac

• One key works on 3 Macs at once.
• To free one up, choose Deactivate This Mac in worldband's Settings, or use your customer portal.
• On the new Mac, open Settings with ⌘ ,, click Unlock, paste your key and click Activate.

A station won't play

• Stations go off air, move or change their streams. worldband goes back to the one you were on and says which is off air.
• If a station is wrong in the list, its details come from Radio Browser, where anyone can fix them.

The wallpaper

• Choose Off, Live or Still in worldband's Settings.
• Turn it off and your own picture comes back.

Remove it

• Turn the wallpaper off, quit worldband, then drag it from Applications to the Trash.

Receipts and refunds

• Receipts are in your customer portal.
• Not for you? Email within 14 days of buying for a full refund.

Found a bug

• Email it, and say which Mac and macOS you have, and which station if it's about one.
